Orders and Shipping
Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days after your purchase is confirmed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, but expedited shipping options are also available at checkout for faster delivery.
Creating an account with us is easy! Simply follow these steps:
- Click on the “Account” or “Sign Up” button at the top of the page.
- Enter your name, email address, and create a password.
- Complete any additional required information (such as shipping address).
- Click “Create Account” to finish.
Once your account is created, you’ll be able to view your order history, track your shipments, and save time during future checkouts.

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can make the change for you. If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address, but we will do our best to assist you with any issues.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s status on the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
No, we do not store your credit card information. All payment transactions are processed securely through a third-party payment processor. Once your payment is completed, we do not retain your payment details, ensuring your privacy and security.
Sales tax is applied to orders based on the applicable state or country law. The sales tax amount will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries around the world. To see if we ship to your country, simply enter your shipping address during the checkout process. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you and work with you to find an alternative solution.
In most cases, your items will be shipped together in one package. However, if your order contains multiple items, some of which may come from different warehouses, they may be shipped separately. If that’s the case, we will provide you with tracking information for each package.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or if the item is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at contact@beaujardinoutdoor.com. We apologize for the mistake! If you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@beaujardinoutdoor.com. Provide your order number and details of the item you received, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue by sending you the correct item or processing a return.
We’re sorry that your order arrived damaged! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@beaujardinoutdoor.com. Be sure to include photos of the damaged item and your order number. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or issuing a refund for the damaged product.
Once your return has been authorized, we’ll provide you with specific return instructions and the address to send the item. Be sure to securely package the product to prevent further damage during return shipping. Keep your tracking number until the return is fully processed.

Currently, we do not offer pre-orders for sold-out items. However, we recommend checking back regularly or signing up for our newsletter to stay updated on when items are back in stock. If a product is particularly popular, we may restock it soon, so don’t miss out!
